Recipe: Kale Chips
I’ll admit it: I am a total sucker for chips (or crisps as you call them in the UK). I could honestly eat an entire family-sized bag to myself if I didn’t have a little self-control. So, in search for a healthier alternative, I tried these kale chips. They are certainly not the same as Miss Vicky’s Salt & Vinegar chips, but they do ease my cravings.
- 1 big bunch kale, stems discarded and leaves torn into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- salt, to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss the kale in a large bowl with olive oil and spread out onto baking sheet(s). Sprinkle with salt and roast for 12-16 minutes.
